How did this site come to be?

The idea of MakeIsrael came to life on a 14 hour bus ride through the Ethiopian landscape.The idea quickly grew popularity and momentum until it was finally brought to life by some students on the Young Judaea Year Program in Israel (with technical assistance from William).

Who contributes to MakeIsrael?

The simple answer: Everyone. Looking at our contributors in detail, we have students from nearly all Israel programs using MakeIsrael.com.
